  Don't usually stop at McDonald's but stopped in here tonight for coffee. Cashier who took order was extreme nice asked if wanted iced or hot. I asked for hot. Order was called it was iced when I told lady I ordered hot she took back and walked off instead of fixing. It was busy so I waited...after 5 mins no drink asked for refund. Same lady appeared and made the coffee. Politely declined and said I would just like refund. No apologies from her were given as she gave me refund. VERY rude management staff. The cashier who was busy taking orders did offer up an apology as I left. Remembered why I don't usually stop here.
